Routine check-ups and specialist consultations can typically be booked within 2–5 business days.
Yes. We accept most major health insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealth, Humana, and Cigna. Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to your first appointment. If you are unsure whether your plan is accepted, call our reception team and we will confirm coverage before you book.
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, your insurance card, a list of any current medications (including supplements), and any recent test results or specialist letters relevant to your visit. Arriving 10 minutes early allows time to complete our brief new patient registration form. If you have existing medical records from a previous GP, we can arrange to have them transferred.
Yes. We offer video consultations for follow-up appointments, prescription renewals, mental health sessions, and non-urgent medical queries. Virtual appointments are booked through the same process as in-person visits and are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some conditions may require an in-person visit — our team will advise you when you book.
Routine blood test results are typically available within 24–48 hours. Pathology results from tissue samples (e.g. mole removals or biopsies) usually take 5–7 business days. Our physicians review all results personally and will contact you by phone if any findings require prompt follow-up. You can also access results through our patient portal after you register online.
